




Internship and dual education for future professionals
In 2024, the Telekom Srbija company achieved significant cooperation with the educational institutions in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia. Within this cooperation, internship programs were implemented for 116 students at the Universities in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš and Kragujevac. With mentor support, internship in various organizational units in the company was implemented for 29 students of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, 18 students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, 9 students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, 21 students of the College of Vocational Studies for Information and Communication Technologies, 11 students of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computing, 3 students of the Technical Faculty in Novi Sad, as well as numerous students of other higher education institutions in Serbia.
In cooperation with the Fund for Young Talents of the Republic of Serbia, three students – winners of Dositej’s scholarship – two students of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering and one student of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, who chose Telekom Srbija as their preferred option, completed a three-month internship at the company.
As part of the several-year long cooperation with the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, a one-day event was held – FonBoarding, which gathered students and companies in one place, enabling them to have direct contact in the form of an exchange of knowledge and experience. By participating in this event, Telekom Srbija showed a strong will to cooperate with young talents, for which the company received a certificate of appreciation from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
As part of cooperation with secondary vocational schools in Serbia, in 2024, internship programs were implemented for 403 students, of which 146 students attend the Secondary Technical PTT School in Belgrade, 83 students attend the “Nikola Tesla” Electrical Engineering School in Pančevo, 85 students attend the Technical School “Užice”, 61 students go to the Technical School “Mihajlo Pupin” Novi Sad, 15 students attend the First Technical School “Kragujevac”, 5 students go to the Technical School “New Belgrade”, while the others attend the First and the Second Economic Schools, as well as the Law and Business School in Belgrade.
The dual education program continued with the students of the Secondary Technical PTT School in Belgrade, and in accordance with the announcement made in the previous year, the program was extended to the regions of Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Aleksinac.
In 2024, 11 students of the third generation and 51 students of the fourth generation of dual education were included in the process of learning through work. Five scholarships were also awarded to the best-ranked students of the fourth generation, and 15 students concluded a labour contract with the company.
